This pretty pastel ring garland is suitable for any special milestone age birthday. This is a pastel shade range with accents of chrome and confetti balloons, but we can style it to any colour scheme that you would like. The ring measures 24 inch but appears bigger with the balloons on. The foil numbers measure 16" in height.
